For each accepted contribution, at least one author must register with the on-site fee and be present during the event.
It is also necessary to register for the Thursday afternoon session (eXtending Reality) even if you have registered for GCH (there are no extra costs). Registration via the special session website is no longer possible but as a GCH2022 attendee, you can still participate. After registering for GCH2022 please send an email to the General Chair (r.marroquim@tudelft.nl) and we will include your name as a participant of the eXtending Reality session.
We also offer an online-only attendance fee:

but please note that GCH2022 will run with limited hybrid support, so the special session Thursday afternoon will not be streamed, only paper sessions and invited speaker talks. Instructions for online participants will be sent a few days before the event starts.
